3. Products and Services

3.1 Handmade Goods

Our products are handcrafted and may vary slightly from images or descriptions. These variations are not considered defects.

3.2 Custom Orders

For bespoke orders, customers must provide accurate foot measurements and preferences. Any inaccuracies in submitted specifications are not the responsibility of Aranos.

3.3 Availability

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products offered and may discontinue any product at any time.

3.4 Deposit and Booking Policy

3.4.1 Deposit Requirements

  • A deposit of €50 covers booking for one person
  • For bookings with two individuals, each person must purchase a separate €50 deposit
  • Full day sessions require a €100 deposit per person

3.4.2 Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations must be submitted in written form via email
  • Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment
  • Phone cancellations will not be considered valid
  • In cases of late cancellation, no show, or lack of communication, the deposit will not be refundable

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT (where applicable).
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
  • Orders are only confirmed upon full payment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping is available to specified regions, with charges and timelines displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Non-Custom Products

You have the right to cancel and return standard products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

6.2 Custom Orders

Due to the bespoke nature of custom footwear, refunds or exchanges are not offered unless the product is faulty or significantly deviates from agreed specifications.

6.3 Returns Procedure

  • Notify us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Return the item in unused condition in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the intellectual property of Aranos or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any material without express written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
